At Wildlife Rescue of Dade County, we are funded almost entirely through private donations. We receive no funding of any type from any government agency be it Local, State or Federal.

We are recognized by the State of Florida as a tax exempt charity and are recognized by the internal revenue service under section 501(C)(3) of the federal tax code.
